Stephanie Tavares

I would describe myself as an outgoing, kind, reliable and open person who always willing to try new things and take on new challenges. I love working with kids because it gives me comfort to know that the kids I am looking after are safe, happy, and well cared for. 

Growing up I did not have the best childhood and being able to give children a happy and safe one motivates me to try harder and be my best self for them. Since I was young, I have always looked after children weather it is my siblings, cousins, family friends or neighbours and as I grew up the love for working with kids just grew more. 

I want to be the childminder/teacher that children can trust, look up to and feel safe around. 

Every day is a learning and growing opportunity for me and I always make room for improvement.
